Notices and announcements are all announcement information.They are supposed to be very impersonal， mostly written in the third person and in pass ive voice.There should only be the information standing out precisely and concisely in the contents and nothing else.There are 2ways of writing notices and announcements：
1.Paste out as bulletin in this way， there is no appellation.
2.It is written as letters and sent to the relative people as letters.
